Portable drum toppers are the perfect tool to purify new oil, recondition contaminated systems, flush new equipment before a startup or periodically decontaminate systems to meet required target cleanliness levels. These devices are portable and can be set-up directly on top of a drum and act as offline filters for equipment by removing moisture and dirt from oil. The drum topper includes a heavy-duty aluminum frame, two filters providing two-stage filtration, differential pressure filter gauges and clear, reinforced PVC hoses to confirm fluid flow visually.

Portable Oil Filter Product Details

Our drum topper offers convenient, portable filtration in a compact design that you can carry wherever you need to go. Because all new fluids out of the drum contain contaminants, the topper’s primary purpose is to filter new drum oil. It mounts quickly and is a handy device to fill small totes. The compact design allows easy storage and maintenance.

This unit works for filtering mineral-based industrial oils and most synthetic oils with a maximum operating viscosity range of ISO 10-460 (2000ssu/431cSt) at 100°F/38°C within ambient temperature ranges of -8°F to 104°F (-22°C to 40°C). The incorporated pump system uses multiple flow capacities to filter lubricants. Our standard motors are 115/230 volts of AC power, single phase, 60 hertz.
