Industrial & Commercial Hydraulic and Oil Filters
Our filters perform well in a variety of hydraulic machinery types such as internal combustion engines, motor vehicles, naval vessels and light aircraft. These industrial filters prevent solid particles from infiltrating and wearing down surfaces in engines and hydraulic components. The filters eliminate damaging particulate contamination leading to enhanced performance. As a result of less downtime and decreased maintenance cycles, our customers will realize a cost savings because of overall production efficiency and less component replacement.
Chase Filters & Components offers suction filters, high-pressure filters and off-line filter systems for all your filtration needs.
Industrial & Commercial Gas Filters
Chase Filters & Components offers 2 components of gas filtration.
The first is the filtration of industrial gases such as oxygen, air, hydrogen, nitrogen and helium. Chase Filters & Components developed a line of high-pressure filters for oxygen service and every filter in Brass Filter line has been tested to ASTM G175 (Phase 2) by Wendell Hull International. Our 21, 22, 23, 31, 33, 43, 51, 52 and 56 series can be used for a variety of gas applications such as aerospace, military, test stands, oil and gas and CNG with pressures rated up to 60,000 PSI.
The second component is coalescing, which is using a filter to separate vapors, liquids, soluble particles, or oil from air or gas applications. The disposable elements are constructed with a double layer of microfiber to effectively capture aerosols and drain liquids. These high-efficiency gas filters are versatile, low cost, offers high flowrates with very low pressure drops. With pressure ratings up to 15,000 PSI and flows up to 1,000 SCFM, Chase Filters & Components has you covered.
Low- and High-Pressure Filters
Both low- and high-pressure filters are meant for protection, but they protect and maintain systems in different ways. Both high- and low-pressure filters are often considered hydraulic filters. Here's the difference.
Low-Pressure Filters
Low-pressure filters or return line filters filter the oil returning to the reservoir under low pressure, ensuring the oil entering the reservoir is already cleaned and complies with your ISO standard.
High-Pressure Filters
High-pressure are located downstream from the system pump but upstream of the components they are protecting. They are designed to handle the system pressure and are sized for the specific flow rate in the pressure line where they are located. Chase Filters & Components has housings rated up to 60,000 psi made with materials ranging from various stainless steels, aluminum and brass. We offer a wide selection of high-pressure filters to meet all of your commercial and industrial filtration needs. Some of our more popular options include the following:
- 51 Series
- 52 Series
- 50 Series Tee-Type Filters
- 25 Series Threaded Mini In-Line Filters
- 21 Series
- 31 Series
- 57 Series High-Pressure Compressed Gas Filters
Industrial & Commercial Water Filters or Strainers
Commercial water filter systems are great for removing water contaminants in large-scale locations like data centers, agriculture, Energy, Meat Beverage Construction businesses, apartment buildings, restaurants and schools. On the other hand, industrial water filters serve more intensive fields like city water, chemical production and oil and gas production. Filters and strainers can treat and purify a variety of water types, including:
- Wastewater
- Groundwater
- Cooling tower water
- Produced water
- Industrial process water
A large range of commercial water filters can aid in this cleansing. In anything from basket strainers, duplex strainers, wye strainers and pressure filters, these systems can extend your equipment life, reduce maintenance costs and prevent your systems from damage.
Industrial & Commercial Hydrogen Filters
Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe, and its application requires purity. Filtration is essential to achieving and maintaining its quality. Contamination can damage your system, and efficient filtering can extend the life span of equipment.
What Are Hydrogen Filters?
Hydrogen filters are a subgroup of high-pressure hydraulic filters. They remove liquid contaminants, like water vapor, and damaging particulate matter from hydrogen gas. Filters separate moisture and liquid from gas, ensuring high-quality, pure hydrogen. They are designed to manage high pressure and have a range of flow rates so they can be selected based on the line in which they'll be located.
The Many Applications of Hydrogen Filters
Numerous industries rely on hydrogen filters for impurity-free gas and fluid. Whether required for power generation, oil refining, pipelines, trains, ships or other industries that depend on them, Chase Filters & Components is a reliable source. We are a top, engineer-supported hydrogen filter manufacturer, producing commercial and industrial hydrogen filters to keep fluid contaminant-free and maximize performance.
The Benefits of High-Quality Hydrogen Filters
To boost efficiency, prioritize purified hydrogen and invest in top-of-the-line filters for your business. The build up of impurities causes abrasive wear, and a hydrogen filter can reduce damage and the likelihood of system failure. They can protect against expensive repairs and replacement, reduce downtime caused by equipment issues and increase the longevity of systems like hydrogen fuel cells and their components.
